Forums - Nintendo - The History of Nintendo! All Episodes!

I wasn't going to make a thread out of this, but I think a lot of people here would enjoy watching this.

I'll update the thread as soon as new vids are made!

So... I (*cough*Veknoid_Outcast*cough*) figured out how to embed vids, making this post irrelevent.

So I thought I'd comment a little bit on machinima and their "All Your History Are Belong To Us". They really seems biased to Nintendo! It doesn't really show in these vids I've posted, but if you would look at some other vids this become apparent. It's really weird how biased a lot of gaming media is against Nintendo! What gives?

Danne, try copying the embed code from YouTube (make sure to click "use old embed code") directly into the html section.

The number of people on this site that have problems doing smth as basic as embedding HTML code in HTML section is astonishing :D

On topic: I didn't watch it all, but from what I saw seems like conventioanlism at key points, i.e. more stereotypes rather than actual explanation of Nintendo and ultimately videogame history. Might be interesting for those who lack factology (i.e. absolutely ignorant about video games). In terms of factology and behind the scenes insights I'd recommend S.Kent's "The Ultimate History of Video Games".

Thanks for the tip on S.Kent! I'll be sure to check it out!

But yes, it's all very basic stuff, but could be interesting none the less ^^

EDIT: Oh... It's a book... :p

I find this incredibly interesting. Thank you.. I'm surprised by some of the things I didn't know. I thought I knew everything like Mai (the condescending fella) above me.
