Eh, John McCain ran for president, so has Ron Paul.

The two don't seem mutually exclusive to me.

Looking old is a good thing for men but a terrible thing for women. In four more years Hilldawg is gonna look like the Crypt Keeper at this rate. After Obama, Democrats might have decided that the presidency is an identity politics bonanza and go with a woman, in which case Hillary is the most obvious choice for now, but I still think that the presidential election is really about choosing the national boyfriend. It's still way early but I have a suspicion they're going to go with fake mayor Julian Castro, since he would have strong appeal on both grounds.

Running once on "stopping inequality" when you vastly increased it by selling out the middle class and poor may work... but a second time?

You're overestimating the electorate.

Even if you assume he was just honestly mistaken with how the economy works... he has to know now that you can't fix the economy just by pumping up aggregate demand with government spending and pumping up wallstreet and hoping it will balance out.

You're overestimating Obama.

Sandra Fluke 2016?

Why are we so sure Clinton's going to run for president? I was taking her reason for retiring at face value: she's aged terribly over the last four years.

I really don't know who should take the job. Not picking Kerry to keep Scott Brown out seems like a good idea, though.

Personally I would like to see Scott Brown get back in the game.  He was a good Bipartisan moderate who worked well with both democrats and republicans.  Seems like the kind of person we need right now...

True, she is the intellectual leader of the Democratic party now, but she's not old enough. She only looks over 40.

Well, lucky enough for the Democrats she will be exactly 35 in 2016, which is the required age!! Anybody else excited for some president Fluke!!!?

I've been hearing Cuomo of New York and O'Malley of Maryland.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Not if they want to win. Although I guess it will be the Republicans' turn then, so maybe.
