LOL, as if EA gives a sh*t about the Wii U.

They've had dev kits since spring 2011 and could only be bothered to slap together a half-assed version of Madden NFL in the last six months, most likely because they're contractually obligated by their NFL contract to make sure the game is on most platforms.

PS3 gets Mass Effect Trilogy, Wii U only gets ... a port of Mass Effect 3.

Poor Nintendo. I fear they are far behind in power. In fact I wouldnt be surprised if Nintendo again miss these new IPS due to power.

This is EA we talking about. Even if the power was there they probably wouldn't release the new IPs on a Nintendo system. After all they feel butt hurt that Nintendo tured down Origin as their online system.

Before that come out, EA was all stoked and praising the WiiU. Since that annoucement, they gone very quiet.

So instead of:

Because WiiU is not a secret, you think he would have said:

EA is currently working on “3 to 5 new IPs” for WiiU and next generation consoles.

If he said that, it would imply WiiU is not a next gen console. Why can't people accept that the article title (not blaming the OP) is misleading?

Saying all that I still think there is bad blood between Nintendo and EA around the whole Origin scenario. The only games they will release are the mandatory sports ones as part of their license requirments.
