Why can't I change my avatar anymore, I don't need to but while editing my profile I see I am no longer able to put up a new one. What's going on? This isn't a par tof that stupid VGchartz money system that serves no purpose is it?

it doesn't even give me that option, it just shows my avatar with nothing else, not even the option to change the color schemes of my profile.

All I have to do is go to Edit my Profile, then go to Profile Picture and under my picture it says remove profile picture in blue.
