Why do you feel the need to talk down to reviewers when they gave the game a 90/100 on average? What is there even to complain about here? You won't know if it's the best Halo until you've played it yourself.

MGS4 was called the best MGS multiple times in reviews and that is what we're talking about. GTAIV the same. Confirmation that reviews were paid for...from whom? Resident Evil 4 was the best received RE by a lot and won multiple GOTY awards. MW was looked at as a true breakthrough. It revolutionized the whole FPS genre. CoD2 is a great game (and my personal favorite) but critics definitely preferred CoD4 in general.

Edit: Bold - No, but what about Halo 4? Nowhere near that percent. Well, CoD 4 is probably the closest to 95% saying that.

I don't really know why you guys are argueing.  Most people knew the reviews were going to be harsh seeing as it's at the end of the generation and the bar already being set so high.  Most people were expecting between a 90-94.  Looks like that is correct.  It is the best Halo to date as said by many reviewers and most likely will be the best FPS to date as well, considering your taste in games whether it be Halo or Call of Duty.  You guys argue over the dumbest things sometimes.

I doubt itll drop to 89 on Meta. I think itll stick on 90, and perhaps even climb back to 91. We still have GameTrailers review to go and far more. I am not implying anything, but I feel GT will score it high

I must say if Halo 4 got recieved like this, I am already worried for Gears of War Judgment and God of War Ascension.
