yeah boo Sony for giving us a cheap PS3 and FREE games!! who do they think they are!?

Only time will tell if it moves enough consoles to compete with the 360/Halo combo and the new WiiU. It wouldn't hurt sales at all, great bundle other than the new super slim design looking kind of outdated with those lines on it, reminds me of the Atari 2600 design.

Good bundle. Newcomers will find plenty of fun playing these games. I would add 1 month PS+ with it to add to the instant gaming collection and lure more people to the service. :)

Great bundle. And in the end this will boost Uncharted 3 sales too. People who like Uncharted 1+2 will also buy Uncharted 3 this holiday or maybe will buy a vita for Golden Abyss.

Oh and between i see nothing wrong if sony bundle there own games. More profit for themselfs. Other console manufacturers did that too. Its not that Sony must convinced 3rd party for the pS3 anymore.

It's entertaining to hear someone else actually call him out for this, given his transparent nature. I don't know why he even bothers posting in Sony related topics other than to try to gain some negative attention from Sony fans.

If true, this deal is inanely good.

I suspect that the deal a permanent price meant to offset the WiiU.

No point if this 250GB bundle will be available for $199.

I bought every one of those games on release day in their time, and I'm still considering picking up this bundle.

I had originally planned on buying the 12GB PS3 when it was announced, figuring it would be $199 and was a bit disappointed it was withheld from NA markets. This bundle is obviously a better buy.

But the problem is this is rumored to be the BF bundle, I.e. a bundle that lasts for a single day, correct?

My point was to have ps3 at the $199 price point all through Christmas.
