Is it safe to import this from NA? As in does the game have future DLC planned for it.

So far there has been no released DLC for the game, and Atlus hasn't said anything about any being released in the future. The game does boast a "TV Listings" option in the menu which is host to a bunch of extra content. This will probably be different in the US version because th JP one simply had videos of Arena and commercials or something. Whether it is even possible that they add in content through that, I am not sure. So I would say yes, it is safe to import.

The game does have a few minor online features though. One such addition is the ability to call for help from other players. From what I can tell, if you are in trouble while in a dungeon you can call for help, another player can give you items or use spells on you. This will be signified by the screen saying "You are not alone....", feeding into the idea that people are watching the main characters on the TV lol. I don't know if this effects your ability to purchase it in the US.

Yu(lol love the play on words) is the coolest of silent protaganists in gaming history. He is that type of guy, naturally good looking without even trying, doesn't put in any effort to make friends but they come to him, girls(and boys) are just all over him and hes all like "meh.."

I am actually quite excited by the rumor that we may be able to romance ANY of the characters. If it is true, I can finally fully embody Yu as myself.

Soundtrack was already amazing in the original. Now they have added a bunch of new songs to make it even better. I have grown to love "Time to Change History" theme in the intro. I think they actually allow you to listen to the entire soundtrack via the main menu. Also glad to hear this game is why you are getting a Vita. You just can't be dissappointed with Persona 4, it is too amazing!
