Forums - Nintendo - Another way in which the wiimote might change videogames!!!!!

Yeah but he shows off the glasses in that video or some have thought LEDs put in a headband could work.

Holy cow that was awesome!

The glasses won't cost a lot (10 dollars extra?) THAT should be a new add on (like Zapper was)

That is VGChartz LONGEST review. And it's NOT Cute Kitten DS

hopefully some game developers will take note of this

That is a really cool idea. I heard that there was a game with 3-D glasses out for the DS, but I forgot what it was called.

Add me on Xbox Live: TopCat8

TrackIR (head tracking device) has been in PC gaming for years now. The idea was first use for the handicap so they could use head movement for a mouse. It didn't take long before this idea was added for PC games. While TrackIR works well with flight sims, as anyone who have used it before would know, it's not as user friendly as tracking your hand. It took me a week just to get use to the device and even got a little light headed at first. The fact you have to learn to keep your head (and body) still while playing will annoy most gamers. While I like the device for flight sims I really wouldn't want it for FPS as for too much movement.

Thus I believe this is just too hardcore to make huge sales for consoles especially when it even hardcore for PC gaming. IMO long as the Wii-mote is kept simple it will help sales but when you want to do more complex things with it you will turn off all but the most hardcore of gamers.

Yeah all we need is a cheap head attachment (it could take a watch battery as LEDs don't use much electricity) and a clip on stand for one of the Wii remotes.
