i dont think agent is stuck in development hell, i just think there being really secretive about quiet about the game
If it really is only technical issues than just get it on the PS4 for launch.

I fail to see the connection. FF12 came out when the ps3 launched, GoW2 came out after the ps3 launched. When the game is finished has nothing to do with the ps4 launch.
I also doubt Team ICO is going to port it at this stage. Better release a reasonably working version on ps3's huge install base, then re-release it on ps4 a couple of years later. It worked for SotC.

Personally I loved Shaodw of the Colossus but hated ICO. ICO is one giant escort mission and the platforming is terrible. Also I couldn't see a lot of important parts of puzzles because of bad camera angles.
One can be sure it won't be a ps3 system seller by that time ;)
Meh, just silence the game to death. Whenever it gets re-announced i'll get excited again.

Well, having this game mentioned among big releases for 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 makes the release calender looking good.
Damnit... 1 more year and they could say in 2015 it was part of the 10 year plan since SotC...
