Yeah, Im looking forward to Heroes. It flunked in Japan - which sort of surprised me (no like for RTS's?).

I wouldn't say things are bleak for the Wii - Mario Party, DQ:S, Brain Training will keep people happy. Ninja Gaiden is sort of an unknown in my books, as I basically consider it a port. Its not exactly "new territory" - might keep existing owners happy, rather than selling a lot of new consoles.

Next week is Golden Week - I wouldn't be surprised if SPM hits 100k. Expect a BIG Wii shipment, maybe even 200k units for the holiday.

*I hate the quote function on this site.  All those nested tables and stuff.  Ugh*

I don't think things are bleak for the Wii as such, but I don't think Super Paper Mario is what Wii owners want, and don't see big sales.  The new Brain Training (Yawaraka Atama Juku is a different series in fact) is being advertised on TV here at the moment, and it just looks really lame.  I dunno, it could be a hit, but I doubt it.  I do, however, think that Mario Party 8 is going to be very big.  Possibly a million seller in Japan.

I think the outlook for Ninja Gaiden is good, as the 360 version is still one of the biggest 360 titles in Japan in terms of sales.  I think there is a definite market for this, plus, PS3 owners are getting desperate, myself included.  This is being remade from scratch apparently, so should be considerably better than the 360 version.  I wouldn't say it is a system seller as such, but should do good business, and grab some attention for the PS3.

Hot Shots Golf 5 is looking excellent.  The online looks awesome
