Crunchyroll is getting ready to embark upon a new frontier in anime streaming, with the announcement of an app coming to Xbox Live. The app will be available in more than 30 territories when it launches. 

The Crunchyroll Xbox Live app will allow premium members to watch English subtitled streams of all their favorite shows from the CR catalog. More information to come! Who's excited for the possibility of watching CR shows on Xbox Live?

Kinda hard to get excited about another video app. There's already more than enough options, if you ask me. Good for Anime addicts, I guess.

at least they'll have the chance to use CR with the addition of paying $60 a year for live.

I have a free PSN account. Yet gladly pay for Live. Live is so much better in my country ( UK ).

Apparantly this is available on PSN. Not my PSN. But I guarantee Microsoft bring this to my Live.

Its frustrating. Although PSN is all free if you want it to be, in the uk nothing is available. Well 6 apps. 30 demos and thats it. Live absolutely Mega destroys PSN here like Hulk vs Loki at the end of Avengers.

Seriously, wtf xbox owners should get a super discount on video services if not free!

We get it, you like your Apps. Just breath and think about PSN to cool you off.

If playing games is all you want online then PSN is a good service ( although its not got many players for games like Killzone 3 or UC3 ).

But if you want it for more than that its severly lacking. Unfortunately thats a fact in my country. For 29.99GBP/year Live is ardly breaking anyones bank. It costs me that price to have cable for 1 month, and I still dont get access to all of cables channels.
