Is anyone having a problems with the save changes button in setting/biography? I'm trying to insert a picture into my signature and it won't let me save what I've edited, anyone got a solution?

I tried that once. But to my surprise, the picture did not move when I scrolled down. Also, the picture did not vanish when I went to another website.
