The PS2 did so much during it's run. It deserves to retire. Just glad the PS3 didn't turn out to be a massive failure at let the family down. It sure looked like it was going to be the "American Idol" of the PlayStation family (meaning lots and lots of flash and no substance). Of course it greatly improved over the last few years and stopped being a disappointment.
