I don't know how anyone looking at that video could call it fake. It's obviously real. It's been filmed with a security camera so it can't be edited. It also makes sense that China has the technology first as it is the world's fastest growing economy and innovations all come from China nowadays.
People calling it fake are just butthurt Americans who are in denial that the USA has been one-upped by China.
