Thought the game deserved its own thread. Who's getting it? Its releasing this week!

i have the normal one. what exactly is this academy edition?

I loved GT5, but sort of got sick of it after god knows how many hours,It was a great driving experience especially with the wheel but It had a lot of flaws and I felt that B-Spec was a complete waste and there could have been more emphasis and tweaking of the singeplayer aspect. One I got the formula gran turismo I would thrash in every A spec race I could use it in. The standard cars were a little disappointing too.

I can't wait till GT6 on the PS4, so they can improve on GT5 and work out some of the flaws and shortcomings that hurt an excellent game.

Also I want some Aussie cars, Bring in V8 Supercars!

I'm buying it when it comes out along with Uncharted 3 goty
