Since I haven't seen one. I'll start a thread.

A live-stream of Sony’s Tokyo Game Show 2012 conference will be shown on Nico Nico tomorrow – access the official page here. In order to access the broadcast, you’ll need an account on the website.

The event should be kicking off a 1PM in Japan. That’s 12:00 AM EDT and 9:00 PM (Tuesday) PDT.
