Forums - Gaming - Game Informer's October cover has been revealed.

"In addition to our ten-page Mario cover story (featuring an interview with legendary designers Shigeru Miyamoto and Takashi Tezuka), we also have an extensive feature that will prepare you for the impending launch of the Wii U."

I'll be buying this issue - not just for the ten page Mario feature - but also because I'm so starved for WiiU news.

Baby Yoshi has my face the moment I saw the cover.

Feels good man Yoshi

I'm buying the game and hence a Wii U dependent on the soundtrack being mostly original and not ambient. If it isn't I will wait for a Mario, Metroid, Zelda, Pokemon or Mario Kart with one.

I say this with total confidence this will never happen.

The graphics look a little better than what was shown, I'm using them as an indicator of effort.

Shame on you, GI. Although I can't be mad -- I still have that gorgeous Skyward Sword issue from last October. Maybe they want to make October Nintendo month? I'd be okay with that...

I won't buy the game, though...

If its during the Wa-Wah moment the goomba should be jumping in the cover. That shows an extreme lack of care on Nintendo's part and therefore they won't get my money.

GI covers always look good, best gaming mag out there bar none. Havent seen a Ninty game on the cover since Zelda last year, but i dont blame them for that

It averages to about 1 a year going back to 2010, but then you have to go back to 2006 to find the last time a Wii or DS game was on the cover (Red Steel)

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:
