Apparently Gamestop is not well informed. Actually they probably are, but this guy is just talking. Who doesn't like to talk and get some attention?.
X720 is practically confirmed for Holiday 2013 but PS4 too will most definitely launch in Holiday 2013. Dev kits for it have been out for a long time.
And numerous other sources such as statements by EA suggest a simultaneous PS4 and X720 launch in one year from now.
