Forums - Nintendo - New Animal Crossing 3DS Video

There's things in it I don't like. Like making clothes or planting flowers and things like that - some people are crazy about it though.

The game is all about little things... very little things. 10 minutes a day and you most likely do what you need to do. Dialogue is probably Nintendo's treehouse masterpiece.

Once you get the game you should visit my town and such so we can make profit on "foreign" fruits! :3

Maybe, I was more of a fisherman when profit was involved. Then I discoreved the Turnip Stock market... serious dough there.

But I'll have to restart if I get peaches... because I couldn't stand seeing peaches anymore! Everybody had a day of fury in animal crossing and those peach trees were the first to pay for it when mine came

I am interested in how it takes advantage of 3DS features. Playing online or getting items via street pass. This is a wait and see for me at this point.

That's the thing too. I never played online on my DS (outside dowloading puzzles from Layton and a litte mario kart)

DS online sucked (wep code?? WTF). So my animal crossing was purely offline. Pretty interested in online for this game. I think it improves a lot from it.

My daughter used to play animal crossing to death..... From age 9 to 10.

I simply dont get it. Never will.

Well I get it if it's a girl and if she's young but I mean....isn't VicViper a grown up man with like..a beard? Or something.

:/

Yep, I guess I'll just open skulls and rip of the brains of elephant men. Mature.

What game is this a reference to?

God of War: Ascenscion

I played the original Animal Crossing to death on the GC.  I still have my original save, it's in a state of eternal rest since whenever I log on, my favourite villager threatens to leave.  So I reset it and face Resetti every time, but at least I can still see Lucky!

Oh Lucky.  You truly are an awesome neighbour.

My mum spent more than a year on-and-off playing the Wii version.  She paid off my house for me long after I'd lost interest in the game.  She got pretty distraught when Tutu left our village though.

We saw her in the town a few times but she never recognised us :(.

It's hard to hate on this series, but the Wii version never grabbed me in the same way that the GC one did.  I can see myself continuing to return to my GC/Wii saves in the future rather than buying this version (well, I don't own a 3DS either).  It's comfortable to go back to them.  I hope you guys who are buying this one like it though, it looks really nice :)

Never played the Wii game for two reasons. I was still on rehab from the first game and the series just is a lot more suited for portables. I don't think I would play as much if I had to turn on the TV for it. Plus... never owned a wii, so that's important too

This time is going to be even better, since it's going to be released digitally.

^Lucky is everybody's favorite! I liked wolfgang too!

Boutros...:$ come on. Have you seen the sales of the last two games? Obviously there is a huge audience for this game. I have never played it or cared to play it myself, but many love it. For some reason I think Axumblade and TruckoSaurus love the games....

Looks like GC graphics...

:O
