I have no familiarity with PlayStation or its games beyond some name recognition. What is meant to be funny about the first 8 entries? Is it the hyperbole, or is there more sarcasm than I can see?

The joke is none of them are actually Vita games but games playable on Vita.

None of them are PSV games but PS1 classics or psp games
In a way, it can be argued this is advertising features on the psV rather than mick taking...no? No, okay.
