It would have cost Samsung far too much to pull off a stunt like this. Additionally, Samsung is prepping an appeals court push due to many of the supposed patents being reviewed by the patent office to determine if they should be tossed out completely.

Simply put, it will be prolonged long enough for Samsung to naturally allow the products to die in the marketplace and be replaced by devices that don't touch any of the patents like the Galaxy S3.

Reality is boring so I'm gonna continue to believe that this is real.
