I have to admit you do have a pretty good case there and noted.

its harder for me to notice how people are acting or if they are being strange since this is my first time playing, so i must admit i didnt really see nothing strange about it at first as i thought maybe thats how he always plays. but now that you bring it up ill be sure to take note of his activitys

There isn't enough there to lynch him, but:

1) It forces him to respond. His response was evasive, sending questions right at me instead of defending himself
2) I want the town in general to start being more active and more assertive against scum behaviour. Pezus was the a good target to pull up on this but it didn't have the intended effect of generating discussion based on evidence instead of on one line radish said that people took offence to.
3) It's not his past behaviour I'm interested in, it's whether he changes it in response to what I said. He started defensive, posted a FoS list with no reasons (BAD, MAFIA TELL) then followed it up with one line reasons but no post links. If this poor quality continues that is anti-town behaviour, which in itself isn't a mafia play but is evidence of not trying very hard.

The other thing I want to call people out for is not reading the thread. Even if you were only to log in twice a day, ten minutes to do so is the kind of minimum commitment to the thread that should be expected of a town seriously looking to contribute. It's much better to read everything and make 2-3 focused posts than to be spam posting all day with one liners and not reading properly.
