These articles about ps vita is dead or getting annoying. Theres one up everyday or every other day. WHY? I mean I know theres people out there who dont like sony but these repeat articles are getting ridiculous.

Are they including the window between Japanese and Western launches? I think they are meaning shipment totals would be 2.?? or something. 

I think it will probably end up with between 4 and 6 million, and a healthier number would be between 8 and 10 million.

I think the real question is whether you can kill something that never really lived in the first place.

So to get up to 8 million by the end of the year it needs to average 300k units a week for the rest of the year. Or in other words a giant holiday. I'm gonna go look at some other platforms that had poor sales and see what they were doing weekly during the holidays. 

If it sells 1million, people will say 2, if it sells 2, people will say 4 etc.

the Vita is like an early born child that lives in an incubator until it gets strong enough to survive.......but it has high chances of dying also...

If PSVita doesn't sell well over the holiday... yes. But not yet.
