Forums - Sony - Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch (Level 5 + Studio Ghibli)

SOooooooo excited!!

I think it will stay my most anticipated game even if FFXIII-3 is announced in 1 week.

You sir are a terrible fan.

This could EASILY be my favorite me on the PS3.

Can't really afford the Wizard Edition sadly, but I'm putting January 22nd on my calendar. This looks like the JRPG I've been waiting for. Seriously this gen has been terrible for what once was my favorite genre and probably still is, I think. I miss the quantity that the PSone had.

Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(

You call yourself a Ghibli fan and you had not heard of this yet?
Never mind me, I'm just jealous, I've already been waiting for years already for this to be released in the west.

I'm a decently big anime fan in general, but considering I've seen My Neighbor Totoro, Kiki's Delivery Service, Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, Howls Moving Castle, Tales from Earthsea, Ponyo, and most recently saw The Secret World Of Arrietty in theaters even, I'm fairly ashamed to say the least !_! Not sure how this slipped by my radar at all!

Sounds like you need to watch Nausicaa

I wonder if I should pick up a PS3 for this.

Still not as bad as what happened to the rally racing genre this gen and 3D platformers. Last gen was a lot more balanced for diversity.
Time for redemption, starting with Ni No Kuni. January 2013, hopefully not to be delayed any further.

Already preordered the Wizard edition. I hear the greatest flaw with the game is that it's too easy but that's to be expected from a Studio Ghibli inspired video game.

Don't forget castle in the sky. The best action movie he has made imo.

Wild prediction time. This will be the best game worth playing this gen.
