You call yourself a Ghibli fan and you had not heard of this yet?
Never mind me, I'm just jealous, I've already been waiting for years already for this to be released in the west.

I know, not available in Canada, won't ship to Canada, bummer. The game is still going to be great anyway.

I'm a decently big anime fan in general, but considering I've seen My Neighbor Totoro, Kiki's Delivery Service, Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, Howls Moving Castle, Tales from Earthsea, Ponyo, and most recently saw The Secret World Of Arrietty in theaters even, I'm fairly ashamed to say the least !_! Not sure how this slipped by my radar at all!

I've owned a PS3 for over a year... This will be the first game I buy for it. So excited. My wife and niece LOVE the idea of it. So do I.
Back from the dead, I'm afraid.

Yeah, I even downloaded trailer on PS3 just to watch it on 43' plasma :) Great graphics. My only complaint/worry is voice acting, but that's just a hunch after seeing trailer.
You know, I've been aware of this game for quite a while but it only hit me recently how excited I actually am for it. It looks gorgeous in every respect, the voice acting doesn't bother me, the combat looks great and best of all - it looks quite 'traditional' in its setting (fantasy-esque, big world maps, colourful characters) which is absolutely what I love. It's been a while since I've played a JRPG which blew me away - I'm hoping this will be it!
I'm buying a PS3 purely for this game.
(Well, the God of War saga and the thought of replaying the Uncharteds helps a little). But this is the one that makes it inevitable that I'll be buying a PS3 by my birthday :D

Is it terrible that I've still yet to play a single God Of War game? D:
On a side note, your finally buying a PS3! I remember you telling me a couple years back you we're planning on buying one, so safe to say, its about damn time! I have to admit though, I haven't touched my PS3 aside from using it for Netflix in quite some time now, been pretty deep into PC gaming ever since I built my Gaming Rig.
Anywhos, looking forward to eventually seeing you on the good ol PSN! And playing Ni no Kuni no less!

When it's finally - and I mean F-I-N-A-L-L-Y - released over here, I've been waiting for a western Ni No Kuni release since Sep 2008 (DS announcement) and June 2010 (PS3 announcement), respectively.
Some companies are ridiculous when it comes to western releases and already during the DS era Level-5 has become one of the worst offenders imo. I expect a western release of Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney in 2014 or 2015...
Of course I will buy the PS3 version of Ni No Kuni, but I'm still extremely dispappointed that the DS version has never been localized (yeah, I know about the spellbook thing, but I've never believed this to be the true reason).

While level 5 has been doing a pretty average job as of late im pretty hyped for this.
