Most "normal" people haven't heard of "persona" games and the ones that have don't associate it with a fighting game and prolly don't even buy fighting games, generally speaking. Persona 4 arena also had virtually no hype. Also the people who know about persona games prolly don't know the persona 4 game is made by the gods of 2d fighters.

Nobody's gonna buy a vita now when they can wait a few weeks and get a bundle for the same price.
