Yes, I know that WiiU's Gamepad has a build in sensor bar, and that it's that thing what the wiimote uses to know its position.

But the screen is very small! You would need to play really close to the screen and with small movements of the wiimote.

What happens in a Wii game where the wiimote also controls the camera? That if, for whatever reason, you move your hand too much to one side, the camera will move when you don't want it, and you will have to go back to the other side to compensate. Now think of that but on a 6" screen and a sensor bar that is so small that the 2 points from which the wiimote gets its position are very close.

It will be madness!

But if the sensor bar on the wii pad is smaller, then you can get closer to the wii pad.

That's pretty cool and there are ideas you can generate from it. Just an expansion of what they are already doing with games like Nintendoland.

The only hold up is that its only a 6" screen and you'd want to be relatively close. Basically you couldn't show the exact same thing as the TV as the screen would just be too small past a certain distance. I'm sure the software is tweaked so the wiimote works better at a close distance than it does with a TV now.

Exciting times my friends. Can't wait to see all the new ideas.
