Here are the games that will keep me content on the 3DS for the rest of the year:
Nintendo New Super Mario Bros. - 2 Aug. 19
Code of Princess - Oct. 9
Nintendo Paper Mario: Sticker Star - Nov. 11
I'm happy with Luigi's Mansion being delayed.

It's not the same kind of Paper Mario as previously, it's split into a number of levels with a goal instead of a full RPG, and there are no partners making the battles and overworld much simpler. |
I'm withholding judgement until the next Nintendo Direct when they show more of the game. At E3 when they demoed it onstage they mentioned nothing about simplfying the overworld or splitting it into levels. I think one of those assumptions is based off of a screen capture, but I'd still like to see more about it before I write it off.

I think Mario and Pokemon (even if it's a DS game) will drive hardware. 3DS will be fine. Perhaps it would've been wiser to release NSMB2 in October or November but it would've left a nasty drought during these late summer months.
Luigi's Mansion, Fire Emblem, and Animal Crossing (confirmed for Europe at least) all for 2013, pretty impressive and looking forward to it. We may also have some RPG localizations like Etrain Odyssey 4, Rune Factory 4, Bravely Default, and Project X Zone for next year too.
Monster Hunter Tri G? I don't know at this point. Hopefully it will be localized at least, Capcom!

Luigi's Mansion really should be delayed in Europe, as well as probably Japan. It should come out here first right? It is being made in Canada after all.
Edit: @Pokemonbrawlvg said Luigi's Mansion is delayed in Europe, Is that confirmed?
Why they kept pushing back LM2? Wasn't it supposedly released in launch window?
People complain that too many Mario titles are coming out this year. Now people are complaining that Luigi's Mansion won't be coming out this year which decreases the releases of Mario titles for this year. Which is what people were complaining about in the first place!
Oh well, for me. I'm getting Paper Mario, Code of Princess, NSMB 2, Castlevania, the new Fluidity game, and many other titles this year. So I'm good. Any other announcements will be adding to the satisfaction!

It was never a going to be a launch title. It wasn't announced until e3 2011
Professor Layton trailer. Looking sweet! May be the first Layton game I buy.
Style Savvy: Trendsetters trailer. It's clear who this title is made for.
Art Academy 3DS trailer. Same as Europe's.
Crossword Plus trailer. So excited! This is an eShop game by the way.

My most highly anticipated 3DS game is Fire Emblem. I'm also really interested in Bravely Default, game looks amazing. And Project X Zone BETTER make it over here. I'm sure it will, I don't think Namco is that retarded.
I've given up on Tri G. Bring on MoHun4!
