I grew up with three woman friends who become lesbians... so I went to some lesbians bar to drink with them.

I guess my opinion is due that coexistence.

Oh no, they don't have to be camp for me to tell. I can tell by body language most times.

I'm not an expert but I think going to lesbian bars means you are more likely to meet lesbians :p

There are a lot of woman not lesbian in these bars but they always surprise me talking like that hot girl is a lesbian (I have no ideia some times)... no chance for me lol lol lol.

I don't know. Gay and Lesbian culture tends to differ internally, so you get different tendencies across the groups.

Women are much more likely then men to identify as gay when asked... as well as bisexual.

Why?

Culture is still mostly male constructed and dominated... and when it comes to men... much fewer men are against women doing it with each other then men.

So your less likely to be harassed (though it does happen, don't get me wrong.)

What would happen if two girls you didn't know started making out.  How do you think the crowd would react?

Now what happens if two guys were to start making out.

As such, a s woman your less likely to hide, or repress your sexuality.

Yes, but how do you know a lot of men you've seen were actually gay, but you just didn't notice because they were hiding it?

Because it later comes out in conversation that they are gay.

I'm not sure, but in the high school I went to they were everywhere, gays and lesbians and they were vocal to the point where it was annoying. I don't necessarily have anything against gay people, but they were like gay sluts or something so ANNOYING.

Did you guys ever have to deal with really really vocal gay dudes?

How old are you?
I ask because when I was at school, being gay was seen as something to be ashamed of, so anyone who was or might have been would not have said anything.
