Also to show that isnt the case... The NFL did admit how incompetent the refs were by saying the PI should have been called but wasnt.

And "only people who are blinded by bias refuse to see it" considering I'm in Packer land and have no loyalty to football I would have to say I'm the least bias in this thread. Maybe the people in this thread who think they know more about the rules in football then the Refs, reviewer, and NFL are the blinded biased ones.

"A player (or players) jumping in the air has not legally gained possession of the ball until he satisfies the elements of a catch listed here.

Rule 8, Section 1, Article 3 of the NFL Rule Book defines a catch:

A forward pass is complete (by the offense) or intercepted (by the defense) if a player, who is inbounds:

(a) secures control of the ball in his hands or arms prior to the ball touching the ground; and

(b) touches the ground inbounds with both feet or with any part of his body other than his hands; and

maintains control of the ball long enough, after (a) and (b) have been fulfilled, to enable him to perform any act common to the game (i.e., maintaining control long enough to pitch it, pass it, advance with it, or avoid or ward off an opponent, etc.)."

Jennings did not do this

"When a player (or players) is going to the ground in the attempt to catch a pass, Rule 8, Section 1, Article 3, Item 1 states:

Player Going to the Ground. If a player goes to the ground in the act of catching a pass (with or without contact by an opponent), he must maintain control of the ball throughout the process of contacting the ground, whether in the field of play or the end zone. If he loses control of the ball, and the ball touches the ground before he regains control, the pass is incomplete. If he regains control prior to the ball touching the ground, the pass is complete."

Jennings did not do this

"Rule 8, Section 1, Article 3, Item 5 states:

Simultaneous Catch. If a pass is caught simultaneously by two eligible opponents, and both players retain it, the ball belongs to the passers. It is not a simultaneous catch if a player gains control first and an opponent subsequently gains joint control. If the ball is muffed after simultaneous touching by two such players, all the players of the passing team become eligible to catch the loose ball."

Tate did this.

The replacement referees may be bad, but at least you fuckers have a season. I'm primarily a hockey fan so I'd take bad refs over a lockout 10 times out of 10. If I heard correctly you guys would have had a lockout of sorts if you hadn't brought in the replacement refs. So insult them all you want, at least you have a season.

Hard time man when you have to consider watching soccer or basketball. Hard times indeed. Hear people say Edmonton is in huge financial crises  and players are saying they can hold out two seasons. This ref thing is big brother, big as the old D-town vs Colorado rivalry thing, as it has become a joke. If it becomes bad enough for the NHL  you could join the football shenanigans.

wow, rol. Do you even watch the Eagles play? They almost lost to the fucking Browns week one. The dog abusing QB is terrible and the team has a heap of problems. It's amazing they won their fist 3 games.

You favor them over a dominate Giants team?

oh wait... with these refs everything and anything is possible. Even the Eagles winning their first 3 games despite being a terrible football team.

The Eagles throw the ball on every play causing them to be so predictable and Michael Vick is just too old. Vick is so slow from picking up the soap so much it is little wonder he cannot escape rushing cornerbacks and avoid sacks.

The Browns seem cursed to be shit. They have a consistently tough division, but the team even gets bad luck in the draft. I cannot believe they would put the Browns on National TV to be slaughtered by the Ravens seems hedonistic. This will not be a cracker of a game.

The Browns seem cursed to be shit. They have a consistantly tough devision, but the team even gets bad luck in the draft. I cannot believe they would put the Browns on National TV to be slaughtered by the Ravens. This will not be a cracker of a game.

Even though the Browns lost 8 out of the last ten games to the Ravens. They play the Ravens tougher than anyone one else in our division. Browns Ravens games are always exciting, which is why it made national spot light in my humble opinion.

Cleveland bars are going to be very exciting tomorrow. Any attention is good attention and we cheer regardless if we win or lose.

Crazy old youtube coding not working for the video I was trying to show.

Yeah, you got some funny, scary fans. To tell you the truth, I would be kind of amused if the Browns win. It should be pretty physical and out of hand like the Ravens-Patriots game.

^ can't watch it. On school campus and don't have heaphones on me. I'm curious to what his crazy ass has to say about the browns.
