| RolStoppable said: I take it, so everything is set for the Broncos to win the AFC West again this year. Peyton Manning plays great and none of the other teams in the division have notably improved over last season. I am sorry that you only finished in #4 this week, the final tie-breaker wasn't in your favor. But hey, it could be worse. You could be me. ... Here's the Week 1 summary which can also be found in the original post of this thread:
Week 1 Level1Death wins the week with a record of 13-3, superchunk comes in second with 12-4 and six people go 11-5, but Kenology wins the tie-breaking procedure for third place. It was a good week overall with 17 out of 22 people predicting 10 or more games correctly and nobody posting a negative record. I do not guarantee that everything will be flawless, so please check your stats (weekly predictions, results and standings). If you notice any errors, let me know. |
Damnit if Oakland hadn't made their 2 point conversion I think I would have been third.
I actually had the Cardinals over the Seahawks at first but I let people talk me into the Seahawks being a decent team this year. Having the first game on Wednesday last week really screwed me over too since I didn't get a good chance to do my research on the matchups.
Whats funny is that the picks I thought were risky ended up being right and a lot of ones I thought were solid just blew up in my face. Either way first week is always a bit of a gamble.

Don't get your hopes up. Cutler is a master of faking injuries as soon as things get tough. |

I should make that thread either way, because otherwise I just may root against the Packers. |

How are the Bears cool? They have yet to win Super Bowls while Green Bay has already won four of them. |
Yea but wisconsin voted for walker again. That just show that the cheese has gotten into your heads.
