We'll see about that next week when they face the 49ers...

The Patriots are a horrible mathcup for the 49ers. The 49ers rely on keeping the score low. The second that team falls behind by two touchdowns the game is pretty much over.

Yeah, just like the high powered offenses of the Packers and the Saints were horrible matchups for the 49ers as well...

Are you honestly comparing the Patriots to a bad saints team? The packers were also a mess at the beginning of the year, not to mention the Patriots have a much better running game and run defense than the packers. No a good team to compare them to would be a more consistent giants team, and we all saw what the giants did to the 49ers

Also on a side note I have been warned by sega4life that my sig contains offensive language and that I should change it. I didn't realize that we're in the third grade and dick is an offensive word. Does anyone else agree with him?

I've had signatures removed for as long as I can remember and I can't be dicked (chuckles) to re enable them. Post it for me please.

Pretty weird, that is all sega4life seems to do is watch sigs. Your sig is less offensive than the my little pony stuff that Hatmoza will never give up.

Too bad I cannot see the Bears-Packers game as it conflicts with the Baltimore-Denver game.

@rol It is a big rivalry and playoff spots are being fought for. People physically fight each other at every Raiders-Broncos game whether it is a competitive game or not, so I can only imagine it is the same between the Packers and Bears.

Certainly didn't feel like a victory from this side.

Mutual loss then!

I don't think many people will argue that the Rams this season are in the same class as the current Niners, though. smbu's point about divisional rivalry is well taken, but for a supposed Super Bowl contender (and I still think they have a shot), losing/tying the Rams twice is not a good sign by any means.
