I can't see shit in here anymore because everybody's quoting everybody. All I know is that Disgaea is a fool. Stop trolling, Hus.

#1: Disney owns Kingdom Hearts and all its original characters - FACT

#2: Disney has made Kingdom Hearts without Square - FACT

#3: There are already 5 3rd party million sellers on the Wii - FACT

#4: Disgaea doesn't know what he's talking about - FACT

edit: almost forgot, can't find the link but in the post i referred to above had a link showing that Sora was in fact considered a disney character.

I'm not saying SE doesn't have any say (cause they could say my way or the highway too) but I feel like disney has the upper hand in any negotiations.


I actually doubt Disney would argue due to Square being the better developer. Could you even imagine how bad KH3 would be if Disney's studios made it? omg the quality would drop faster then a lead balloon


So lets say, for the sake of arguement, that Disney and Squareenix do split because of Disney's insitence that a huge series like Kingdom Hearts 2 get made on the Wii. Who could Disney turn to for help developing the game. I suppose they would have to be a strong supporter of the Wii with at least one genre defining series of action/adventure games and have enough recognizable charaters to replace the list of characters Square has. What Nintendo friendly developer has a ton of characters they like to throw in a ton of games as cameos and is known to make the best games of the generation...

Oh right, Nintendo could make it then. Square-enix wil put the game on the Wii if that is what Disney wants. Sqaure-enix is replaceable.

you do know the MAIN Games and Spin off games are made by different studios


 The point of all this is that it is Disney who owns the franchise, this game was made without any consent or involvement from Square Enix.  Why, oh, why can't you get that through you thick head. Now I think you're just trolling.

I do believe your claim was they couldn't make the game without Sqaure-Enix which has been show to be false. If Disney is having touble publishing the title, I bet Nintendo would be happy to fill that role as well. They do like their money hats afterall.

 And Disney couldn't do this with Nintendo because...? Oh thats right, they could. Publishers do not own the franchise. They get rights to that individual game.
