Power projection is the key factor they need to work on. One used aircraft carrier bought from the Ukraine and warmed over from the skeleton of the Soviet Navy is not going to cut it.

China is a world superpower already. China owns a very large amount of America's national debt. If they sold it for less than it is worth, America would go into a huge depression. But China depends on America to buy all the stuff they make, so that won't happen.

Fix their population problems, not be so dependant on USA( USA is also dependant on China). Get more allies.
