was obvious but bad enough a government allows that. i mean, it is made to destroy the pocket of little kids wtf is wrong with that mentality?

It is their choice to play the game. no one is forcing them to do so.

yeah sure because a 10 years old kid on a carnival knows how systems work to get peoples money^^

and no, parents aren't always with you if you have such carnival 100 meters away from your house if someone thinks it's the parents fault.

with lots even a kid kows that few will win and most not but how can a kid know that 9/10 times or something like that the claws aren't strong enough to pull a teddy or whatever?

parenting is the answer. I know you said they can't be there, but they can teach their kids to not gamble as that is what it is. Or more likely they can let the kid waste the 50 cents, because its more about the fun of doing it not the prize they win. Parenting is allways the answer, even if they are not present the lessons they teach are what matters.

You can beat rigging pretty easy with understanding of how the claw works (the drop and grab mechanic) and position of the target. In the last 2 years I have won 3 balls this size  and two others around 1.5 feet in diameter all on first tries. Though one of the big balls did get lost on the flight home, 3 weeks later they found it and it was shipped to my house.

Former something....

From my experience chances are 1/18

Bet with gooch_destroyer, he wins if FFX and FFX-2 will be at $40 each for the vita. I win if it dont
