The time has finally arrived guys. At long last, Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is officially out on PS4!

In my humble opinion, FFXIV feels a lot more like a Final Fantasy game compared to the recent ones of last gen. It has everything I want, ranging from music from Nobuo, FFIII Crystal Tower, and the up and coming Gold Saucer. To me, its all about the story, and coming from being a hardcore FFXI player to a casual gamer, the game is truly accessible to pick up and play at my own pace. Best of all, I'm guaranteed added content every 2-3 months. Last but not least, If the 12.99 montly fee is putting you off, then all I can say is that you're missing out on some fun.

So I stupidly impulse bought the Collectors Edition yesterday... not even sure when I will play the damn game -_-
While the game does generally interest me I have never really played an MMO, I have fairly shit internet and no friends to play this with.
Well at least I got the Artbook xD

I'll be waiting if Sony will do anything big at the E3. Like giving great bundles or perhaps even a price cut (probarbly not). One thing if for sure, this will be the first game I'll buy when I get a Playstation 4.

It wont hurt to give it a go, and you get a 30 day free trail once you sign up which is more than enough time to decide if its worth your hard earned cash. You can even make friends in FFXIV, but don't forget about your work, school, or family in the process.

I cringe everytime I watch SE doing these videos to make things look cool instead of how the game actually goes, like fighting Hydra in the middle of the fucking room, the weird ass Twintania positioning, a dual wield class that's only in cut scenes and not yet in game, and 2 tanks tanking the Leviethan head with nobody on the tail............ lol........ >.>;

Upgraded from ps3 to ps4 at weekend, I Havnt actually played the game since early December but I'm itching to get back on it now. I'll admit I'm going to have to learn everything again as I've been playing Dark Souls 2 and assassins creed black flag so I've lost all knowledge I had of Final Fantasy XIV :)
All I remember is I was a level 50 white mage and I Havnt finished the main story yet, but I ready to get started again and I'm thinking I'm leaning te archer class aswell maybe getting that to 50 and then carrying on with the main story and finding out what new has been added since I last played way back in early December!

The game looks awesome on PS4 by the way and there's a lot more charcters on screen now aswell :)

Question...if you buy the Ps3 version do you get PS4 for Free? I think I read that somewhere, and Amazon has the ps3 version for 20 dollars and the ps4 for 40 so it'd be logical to just buy it on PS3 lol. I want to try it out on my ps4 since i'm so use to playing my PC I figure it might be an interesting experience.
