Loved the beta, but it's hard to take it seriously knowing my char is gunna get wiped when Phase 2 starts. The beta just makes me want the final copy of the game that much more, to take the game more seriously!

I've heard that there is so much congestion on the Beta Phase 1, people haven't been able to log on to even play the game.

I really don't like MMO's, but I signed up for the beta just because it's Final Fantasy. It would be cool if I got in.

does this have a release date for ps3, or release window?? also how much will the sub fee be?
if i can pay for it i might give it 2-3 months and see how it goes. im a huge FF Fan but have never played mmo games coz im not a pc guy, also i hate sub fees but i may aswell at least give this one a try

Both the final version of the game will be released for PC and PS3 at the sametime. I don't know when, but I estimate it'll be in June or July, because each phase of the beta last about a month, and there is four phases of beta in total.

Testing for FFXIV: ARR is divided into four phases. Here is a timeline of what it looks like so you can get a better picture of it. The PC beta is already in progress, the PS3 beta will start in phase 3. Not to far away.

More people are getting into the beta, so you have a good chance to get in. About sub fees, I think its $12.99 a month, and $3.00 per character. If I'm wrong someone feel free to correct me. You can level every class/job you want on one character so you don't have to buy extra characters to experience whats it like to level up a Dragoon or a Paladin. Does this answer your questions?

So if they were to abide by that schedule, would that put the PS3 beta in about May in the worse case scenario (if each phase and debug period took their longest estimated times)?
