Patch 2.5 is going to be very big, so it is split in two parts.

You can buy points used in Gold Saucer with gil, It will include Triple Triad, Chocobo Races and more, and it’ll be possible to acquire a set of equipment inspired by Final Fantasy VI‘s Setzer.

Just going around and taking everybodies cards and..well I guess the junction system part of it won't be there more than likely so we wouldn't be able to convert the cards to other items and stuf,f but that's ok if it isn't that deep.
