I would say the ISS is the most expensive single object ever build. Mona Lisa might be priceless but I don't see anyone pay 150 Billion Dollar for it.

I should note that the LHC cost 4.6 Billion to build as opposed to the ISS's 35 Billion - however the LHC's annual cost of operation is several times higher than any single object on or orbiting The Earth.  (Due to the insane amount of energy required to split and control subatomic particles)

35 Billion for the ISS is quite conservative. US payed > 50 Billion alone. Every pound in orbit has a worth of >1 pound gold. And the maintenance costs per year are the total cost of the LHC. The ISS weighs 417289 KG thats 21 Billion just to bring it up there. Then you have R&D which is way more expensive for Space Tech Then you need to actually build the modules (not all made it to space). Those modules alone cost Hundreds of Millions if not Billions. Assembly in space is also expensive. And the costs for all workers and astronauts. Just to build it we spend 100 Billions easily.

Antimatter.

If we are comparing relative masses. One gram of antimatter is certainly worth more than one gram of any other substance.
