A lot of companies have done bad things, nintendo did bad things, if they can get away with it they will.

 That doesn't make it right as you have implied.  I know it happens and SONY and Nintendo so it too.  That'snot the argument here.  MS got caught and shoulddeal with it.

 Nintendo could burn down Forests for all I care about. Nintendo isnttrying to stop Sony and Microsoft from selling thier consoles unlike Microsoft which is trying to control the entire PC market. Monopolies = evil. Look at the gas prices.

Exactly. I have issues with MS for their handling of Java and IE, issues with Sony for their DRM and rootkit catastrophe, and issues with Nintendo for their man-handling of third parties and attacking Sega in front of Congress.

You can find a reason to hate any large company. I just don't see the point and it seems really petty to boycott one product because another division of the company is filled with assholes. If I did that, I would probably be living in a tree somewhere eating berries because I wouldn't be able to buy a damned thing.
