Noc, even if it would be sane logic that mafia does not want their people modkilled, I am more inclined to think that "he is going to get modkilled anyway" - attitude is scummier than the "omg don't do a modkill on him" attitude. Well, but I think that Mafia probably scattered throughout different groups with that one...
