Holy shit thats intense! To this day, with 40 friends on my friendlist having GT5: You are the most accomplished driver out of them :D.


I still play from time to time. Great game!

I had a lot of free time back then for GT5, so I had a lot of practice xD. I need to dust off my DFGT and try some laps again one of these days (or at least during this summer vacations). Won't be pulling any hot lap like that one any time soon though .

I got this game when I got my ps3 cuz I thought it looked awesome. Then I got it and I was kind of bored. I think it was too realistic. I guess I'm more of an arcade racer person.



 Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash

That's some really nice driving there pal :) I gave up with the vettel challenges. Too difficult for me. Did  u do this with a steering wheel? People seem to say its much easier with a wheel than a control..

Yeah, I bought a Driving Force GT wheel for this game alone. Even with the wheel it was pretty hard, especially the Suzuka track, as you had to do almost pitch-perfect driving to get below the Bronze time. I also recorded my Gold runs on Nurburgring and Suzuka (didn't do Monza because that one was rather easy).

I sit on my sofa and play so I would have to balance the wheel on my thighs, which wouldn't really work :/ I'm gonna try and do the vettel events again, but it's just so frustrating when u get disqualified near the end for barely going into the dirt..

I know that feeling. On one of my early runs on Suzuka, I was close to getting the Gold, but on the last chicane, I oversteered too early and touched a bit of the inside grass in the last lap. It took me 10 hours to do a Gold run again afterwards >_<.

I strongly recommend you not going into an argument with him. He's one of the members of this site whose sole purpose is to troll or to derail any kind of thread, opinion or comment which regards anything in the PS3 camp as being better as anything on the 360 camp. This is his modus operandi and you'll only get the similar response over and over again.
