Hmm I'm really thinking Polygon man. But Sephiroth would be really cool!
Since every character has a rival, once you beat who you think is the final opponent, maybe your rival comes out to congratulate you in good faith. At that very moment the music changes into eerie latin chanting and down comes Sephiroth to stab your rival right before your eyes!
