I think you are wrong, how you like a game is always subjective, there may be 1000000 reviewer who say that  the Uncharted Games are so mega awesome, I still would say that this games are crap with almost no gameplay only screpted events, casual gameplay and they feel like rail Shooters and this opinion has nothing to do with the console they are on. Uncharted is for my taste simply not a good game. I like Games with freedom, I like to explore the world and I want not only one type of enemie I love variety, exploration, interactivity and I prefer good  gameplay, good Storys or good atmosphere  over good graphics plus  I  rather like  fantasy or science fiction settings than realistic szenarios and all this are points Uncharted simply can not deliver.

You see how you like a Game is always subjective, some may like a game, some may like it not, there is no ultimate view who can decide for all people of the world which games are great and which games are crap. You can not say "Games like Gears of War, God of War and Skyrim are obviously great games" for many people this is simply not true. There are many people who don't like a Skyrim, a God of War, a Gears of War or Uncharted and  most of them sure have way more reasonable causes why they don't like a game than the console this game is on.

I personaly enjoy  many games which have on metacritic a score in the 70 or low 80% range way more than the so-called mega blockbuster +90% AAA Games.

I love Dragons Dogma, Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts, Alan Wake, Wipeout......(could go on and on and on with this list) and they are all not +90 some of them like Dragons Dogma in the 70% range (when you want to judge games because of  metacritic).

And many +90 are extremly boring for me.

I already explained about games before 2006. I wasn't allowed to play War/Gore/Bloody games then, I was like 6.

I thought that was the point of it... I didn't play too much of it either, but throught it was quite fun, just a bit silly

Here we go again.

You can´t say that Dacia Logan is a better car then a Mercedes C-Class. You just can´t, except if you wanna make a fool out of yourself. Even if you prefer the Dacia over the Mercedes. Right now I am playing Dragon Age 2 and eventough people are saying how bad this game is I like it better then the first one. But it means I like it better not that it actually is better. Your preference is your own thing and you have every right to your own opinion. If you say you did not like Uncharted then it is ok and probably true, but if you say Uncharted 2 is a bad game then this is a lie. It is a good game you just dislike it. I give you an example. I hate GTA, I always hated them just being a criminal stealing and beating is no fun for me. But I still appreciate the quality of this game. Ergo I dislike it but this does not make it a bad game.

Most games mentioned here aren't bad at all.

PS. For the love of god people, if you abbreviate God of War and Gears of War don't do something stupid like GoW and GOW. It's GoW and Gears, it's just that simple.

PPS. LOL at the games people list as having good graphics (I'm stretching the definition a bit myself)

Has someone done the opposite yet. That's more interesting to me. Great games this gen with bellow average graphics?

Edit: The only game I didn't enjoy this gen that had great graphics was the single player part of BF3. Though I have played some that I thought were mediocre.
