Forums - Nintendo - Are these listings an indication of Wii's launch games vs games that will be later?

BEST BUY

AMAZON

If you look threw those lists you'll see some simularities and inconsitencies.

Some games have $50 and $60 prices. Some have $100 or no prices, also the same on both sites. I wonder if the obvious placeholders are games that they don't have full retail info for and are going to be the games to launch sometime after launch in the next couple of months or so.

Also interesting is Amazon has a few at $50 that BB has at $60. Maybe where they are $50 and you know you're going to buy that game you should consider pre-ordering in case it is actaully more expensive.

This may hold true with the exception of Nintendo games as there is no info on any of them. But the 3rd party games may be telling us something.

What do you all think?

Around the Network

lol at the silence.

I think most 3rd party games will stay between 49 and 59 dollars.
I hope that the already released ports are 49 instead of 59, as to be more attractive.

I like this.

I agree, already released titles with more than 6 months in the market even with the added content (DLC, Gamepad functionallity) should come at 50 dollars to be an atractive option to both new customers and those who want to double dip.
