I haven't even played multiplayer online yet (made a public game yesterday but no one joined). It reminds me of a Phantasy Star Online mixed with Diablo. I would suggest that you buy this game. Don't listen to the reviews and play the demo on eshop. This game is at least a mid 80s for me. I'm going to play more today so if I have any complaints I will let you know. So far I am impressed and happy with my purchase. |
Saw this on my home page and thought it was new. The sales were not that great, hopefully over time word of mouth can push it farther. I think people bad mouthing the graphics pushed the sales back a bit. I do not own it, just the demo. I still have to return Mario Tennis after it left a bad taste in my mouth. But I will probably get this when I trade it in. Anyone know if demo players and game owners can play online?

I would assume that demo and full version can't play together online. I believe the demo is a variation of an early level from the full version. The main problem that stuck out to me was the occasional frame rate issues. I am not sure if it was due to lag from having my game online (although I was the only one in the game) or if it is just the game itself. I am going to play more single player mode to check but I believe I saw it in single player also. This mainly stuck out to me after one of the above posters or perhaps from another thread pointed it out. Hell, I've see worse or about the same from games like Assassin's Creed (I noticed flickering of picture a lot when my friend rode around on his horse). Anyways, it isn't like this game is the best but I'm having fun with it so far (right now only about lvl 14). Hopefully, it will sell enough where they release a sequel that is more polished.
