Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 will launch on Wii U this November, leaked scans from Nintendo Gamer magazine have revealed.

Nintendo has yet to announce the Wii U's release date, although a November launch is likely. It has previously indicated the console would launch before Christmas 2012.

Likewise, a Wii U version of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 has yet to be revealed by publisher Activision. The game was missing from Nintendo's third-party Wii U software showreel at E3.

Black Ops 2 is previewed in Nintendo Gamer's forthcoming issue, although the magazine article has no new details of the game. Details of how the Wii U version will utilise the console's GamePad controller remain under-wraps.

Screenshots appear to be ones already issued for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, or appear of similar quality.

We've contacted Activision for comment and will update if we hear back.

Like Reggie said at an interview, they only unveiled about 60-70% about Wii U news and launch information so I'm not shocked in any way. Furthermore, didn't all the Call of Duty titles appear on the Wii as well? I see no reason why Activision would pass on the Wii U. It would of been fun to see how the new controller would of enhanced the gaming at E3 but hey it's Nintendo, they so secretive lol

Suprise? Nah not really I mean they did release the cod games for Wii so would just be weird to not release them on the WiiU.

Exactly. There were several games that are obviously coming (or were previously stated to be coming!) to Wii U but weren't confirmed as such at the show. Their absence should not be equated to their nonexistence.

Nice to hear, though I'll probably still get it for 360 if only because my friends will be playing on Xbox live.

I never played cod, but I presume from your comment that every console have a separate online, am I right? it's something activision decide?
