Basically it improves accuracy and stability by putting all tracking and processing power into the top half of the body. Meaning it tracks your head, hands, and torso, but twice as well. Developers can use this or the old style of tracking the entire body. Hopefully Microsoft implements it for navigation of the xbox and the apps of course. |
Microsoft did announce a new Kinect that is coming out for the PC, and I'm pretty sure that will be an
imporvement from the one that is out now. They did release Kinect Zoom, to further track your movements better by enlarging

the lens in front of the Kinect. But the Glove seems to make selecting and moving throught the menus a bit easier than it is now.
Maybe an update to the firmware in the future will improve it all around.

that's what I was trying to say. Microsoft is releasing the development tools for a new way to scan a body so that games that don't need to track the bottom half of your body can be more accurate.
And that's the only thing I need is *this*. I don't need this or this. Just this PS4... And this gaming PC. - The PS4 and the Gaming PC and that's all I need... And this Xbox 360. - The PS4, the Gaming PC, and the Xbox 360, and that's all I need... And these PS3's. - The PS4, and these PS3's, and the Gaming PC, and the Xbox 360...
