Basically it improves accuracy and stability by putting all tracking and processing power into the top half of the body. Meaning it tracks your head, hands, and torso, but twice as well. Microsoft did announce a new Kinect that is coming out for the PC, and I'm pretty sure that will be an
imporvement from the one that is out now. They did release Kinect Zoom, to further track your movements better by enlarging


the lens in front of the Kinect. But the Glove seems to make selecting and moving throught the menus a bit easier than it is now.
Maybe an update to the firmware in the future will improve it all around.
