Yes, this is what I'd like to know as well. Why do they imply even the most powerful computers won't be able to run it efficiently?


I think they are just implying that the same areas will have framerate drops, so on consoles it's 30fps and drops to 20fps on a high end PC the rest of the game may run at 100fps and drop down to 80fps. So they (hopefully) not saying it will drop down to the same level of performance just that they didn't optomise the areas so they aren't more demanding than the rest of the game.
